It's the last one of the fall, ya'll.  In this final class of the "canning, freezing, and storing" series before the start of the holiday season, Sarah Thompson will be teaching us how to make some Thanksgiving favorites, including a cranberry relish, and authentic, southern-style collards with ham.  Keep them for yourself, give them as gifts, or take them with you to Thanksgiving dinner this year and impress your family and friends!
